What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded, disputed or returned orders do not qualify for referral rewards.
Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
- Referral rewards are only available for genuine new customers who have not previously purchased from Character Mascot.
- Referred customers must place an order over £250 to qualify.
- Only one referral discount may be used per new customer, household or business.
- Referral rewards are issued only after successful delivery and completion of the referred order.
- Orders that are refunded, cancelled, disputed or returned will not qualify for referral rewards.
- Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, offers or discounts.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake referrals or attempts to abuse the programme are not permitted.
- Character Mascot reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withhold referral rewards where fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, self-referrals or misuse of the programme is suspected.
- Referral rewards may be issued as store credit, discount vouchers, accessory credit or cashback at the discretion of Character Mascot.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless otherwise agreed by Character Mascot.
